Booking Amy for a shoot was one of the best decisions I’ve made this year! I was due in just a few weeks and hadn’t done a maternity shoot yet, I decided I wanted to do one last minute because I didn’t want to regret not doing one and found Amy through a friend. She managed to make a miracle happen and fit me in! Before the shoot she really took the time to make sure we both were on the same page on my concept, and I felt like she really heard my ideas. During the shoot she gave me a ton of direction and I felt like I was in such good hands the whole time. Since that first shoot, Amy has done my newborn shoot, and a few other sessions for me. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone for honestly any type of shoot. I’ve done many shoots in my life and my ones with Amy have been hands down the best and have the best selection of photos!

Amy Emens Photography is hands down the best. We have shared so many amazing experiences together from my maternity shoot, his newborn pictures, 1st birthday shoot and most recently our new family pictures and his 3rd birthday pictures. The patience she has with my toddler is incredible. During our recent shoot my son didn’t want to cooperate and was kind of miserable, but she still somehow captured so many smiles and amazing moments during our session. Amy was amazing! We got married on Halloween. She spoke to us multiple times prior to our wedding, with all the Covid concerns she was super understanding of if anything had to change. Luckily, we were able to get married on our scheduled day! She took some of the most beautiful pictures! She calmed me down and stayed an extra hour for us to get all of the pictures we wanted to get! Cannot wait to see all of the final products! My family and I did a fall mini session with Amy and it was such a wonderful experience! She had a great display set up with charming details and had fantastic ideas for photo poses. I had my daughters' newborn pictures taken. She was so gentle with her and patiently soothed her when she became antsy. She had all the props available, and we were able to incorporate sentimental items as well. Her pictures came out beautifully! We will be going back for our family session
